Overheated Furnace

The Thermostat
This is a more common issue; many people have their thermostat fan setting to “on” rather than “auto.” Keeping the thermostat fan “on” will allow the fan to continuously run without providing heat. When you switch the thermostat to “auto” this allows the fan to run only when the furnace is running.
Ductwork
Damaged ductwork is another cause of cold air blowing into your office. Holes, cracked or broken ductwork can cause the crisp air to leak into the ductwork causing your building to feel cooler.
